Heybike moves away from large fat-tyre bikes with something much lighter and smarter: the Helio F, a vintage-style folding e-bike that fully embraces compactness. Presented by Heybike in 2025, it claims a featherweight 18 kg, three-second folding through a patented system, a torque sensor and 80 to 120 km of range. Its size is intended to fit in an apartment corner, car boot, motorhome or even a boat. In the United States, it starts at $1,299 (US price, to convert).

Heybike Galaxy X: the longtail cargo bike with mid-drive motor and 150 kg payload

After the trekking Galaxy T, Heybike completes its Galaxy series with the Galaxy X, a cargo version designed to carry children, shopping and equipment without breaking a sweat. Unveiled at Eurobike 2025, this family longtail uses the range’s strong formula, a 250 W mid-drive motor developing 100 Nm of torque, but combines it with robust geometry, 24- and 20-inch wheels and a 150 kg maximum load. It clearly targets families and anyone wanting to replace a car for everyday trips. Expect a price around €2,399.

Heybike Galaxy T: the trekking e-bike with mid-drive motor and 100 Nm torque

Known until now for good-value electric bikes, Heybike moves upmarket with its new Galaxy series, unveiled in 2025. The Galaxy T is the trekking version, intended to cover kilometres on roads and tracks. Its central argument is a 250 W mid-drive motor developing 100 Nm of torque, paired with a 500 Wh battery integrated into the frame and a claimed range of up to 135 km. The positioning clearly targets long rides and steeper hills. Expect a price around €2,299.

Elegoo Saturn 4 12K: accessible large-format resin at a tight price

Elegoo is one of the brands that has genuinely democratised resin printing. After the demanding Saturn 4 Ultra 16K, the manufacturer offers a more affordable version: the Elegoo Saturn 4 12K, introduced within the Saturn 4 family during 2024. The idea is simple: retain a large 12K screen and automatic levelling at around $319. On paper, it can make resin printing accessible without breaking the bank.

Mecpow X4 Pro-40W: an enclosed engraver switching between 20 and 40 W

Mecpow strengthens its enclosed engraver with the X4 Pro-40W, presented on 25 May 2025. Its module can run at 40 W for cutting or 20 W for finer engraving. The machine also claims 30,000 mm/min, a 5 MP camera, a 400 x 398 mm work area and FDA Class 1 certification. Listed at $1,099, it targets workshops and small production runs.

Creality K1C, test of the enclosed 3D printer
