Bambu Lab pushes multicolour printing even further with a machine unlike any other in its range: the Bambu Lab H2C, launched on 18 November 2025 from around €2,249 for the AMS combo in Europe. Its idea looks compelling on paper: instead of purging filament at every colour change, it includes six interchangeable hotends and a seventh as backup, to print up to seven materials at the same time without the usual waste. It addresses the biggest frustration of multicolour printing, and it certainly makes you want to see more.

The Mecpow M1 arrives in October 2025 with a simple proposition: offer beginners an enclosed, compact and affordable laser engraver. The machine is available with a 3.5 W or 5 W diode, works over 100 x 100 mm and weighs only 2.4 kg. Mecpow claims FDA Class 1 certification, a stop when the lid is opened and a starting price of $159. It is a reassuring formula on paper, provided that an enclosure is not confused with the absence of risk.

Eufy, the consumer brand of the Anker group, offers with the Omni S1 Pro a robot vacuum and mop that approaches the mopping issue from another angle. Where most robots drag two round pads, the S1 Pro relies on a HydroJet mopping roller that rinses continuously while it moves. Add 8,000 Pa of suction, an all-in-one station that washes and dries the roller, and you get a robot designed to make mopping genuinely clean. Sold since 2024, it remains offered at around €999 and deserves a closer look.

xTool continues to expand beyond lasers with the Apparel Printer, a DTF, direct-to-film, textile printer aimed at garment customisation. The core idea is to bring together in one machine what previously required several tedious manual stages: printing, powdering, shaking and curing, all automated and launched in one click. The claimed result is a transfer ready to press onto any fabric, light or dark, without pretreatment. Unveiled in early 2025 through a Kickstarter campaign and then commercialised, it targets makers and small businesses wanting to make made-to-order customised T-shirts and textiles. Expect a price around $5,199 for the basic kit, a US price to convert.

xTool made its name by democratising laser engraving and cutting, and this time moves up a level with MetalFab, a genuine 4-in-1 metal-fabrication station. The idea is ambitious: bring together in one machine a 1,200 W fibre laser welder, CNC cutting, laser cleaning and metal engraving, where several expensive industrial pieces of equipment were previously needed. Presented in 2025 and powered by industrial Coherent laser chips, it targets workshops, small businesses and advanced makers working with metal. The range starts at around $4,699 for the welder version and rises to $13,999 and more for the complete configuration, US prices to convert.

Qidi Tech launched the Q2 on 20 August 2025 with a clear ambition: offer a first enclosed printer without sacrificing technical materials. Its 270 x 270 x 256 mm volume, 370 °C nozzle, 65 °C heated chamber and QIDI Box compatibility form an impressive specification sheet for $499, also listed at €499 in Europe. I have not tested it, but this Q2 deserves a look beyond its beginner label.

Mecpow presents the X1, a compact galvo engraver combining a 10 W blue laser and a 2 W infrared laser. The machine claims up to 5,000 mm/s, a 105 x 105 mm work area and a protective cover. This combination targets both cutting organic materials and marking certain metals and plastics. With a claimed retail price of $1,299, the X1 is nevertheless positioned well above the brand’s gantry engravers.

Creality does not only make 3D printers: the brand is also expanding its Falcon laser-engraver range, and the Creality Falcon2 Pro S 22W joins this family, presented during 2025 at around $499. Its aim is to offer an entirely enclosed, safer laser engraver, with Z-axis autofocus and automatic cutting, to reassure people still intimidated by laser engraving. On paper, this approach could appeal to beginners and busy creators alike.

BLUETTI raises the bar with the Apex 300, the power station it presents as the new flagship of its range. Behind the name is a powerful unit: 2,764.8 Wh of capacity, 3,840 W continuous output (7,680 W peak) and, above all, simultaneous 120V and 240V output that brings it closer to a genuine home-backup system. Included in TIME magazine’s Best Inventions of 2025 list and launched during 2025, it targets people who want to power large loads for a long time and expand their installation over time. Expect a price around €1,899 on the European store for the main unit.
